• SYMBOL RATE SETUP

The Symbol Rate parameter must be set in accordance with the satellite

transponder symbol rate. The Symbol Rate value can be acquired from the

satellite transponder information or can be calculated, with the bit rate

information.

<01.000000 – 45.000000>

The available Symbol Rate range is a numeric value between

01.000000 and 45.000000.

NOTE

It is important to input the accurate Symbol Rate down to the sixth digit after the decimal point.

• VITERBI SETUP

The Viterbi Rate parameter sets the Viterbi error correction rate value.

The Viterbi parameter can be acquired from the satellite transponder

information or can be set to automatic. When set to automatic mode, the

IRD-2900 device tries all Viterbi rates until locking the rate to the

transport stream.
