The Layer Filtering parameter selects filtering mode to data.

The available options are:
P.E.S Payload – Strips the header of the packetized elementary stream
(PES).
T.S Payload – Strips the transport stream header (first 4 bytes out of
the 188 bytes packet)
T.S Packet – Enables the entire transport stream packet (188 bytes)
3.3.6.3. IP-Out-Port Configuration Menu
NOTE
When selecting MPE mode you must verify that the MPE encapsulator setup is such that the MPEG packet
contains data of a single IP frame (for example, a single MPEG packet cannot contain data belonging to two
separate IP frames).
The IP-Out-Port Menu enables configuring the parameters of the IP-Out-Port.
The IP-Out-Port Menu is entered from the IRD Data Configuration Menu (see
Paragraph
3.3.6). The following figure displays the IP-Out-Port menu:
