8.8.6. IOCTL_TARGET_SEND
8.8.6.1. Description
This IOCTL is used by the application to send the data to the initiator device as response
to the command sent by the initiator.
8.8.6.2. Input Buffer
Input buffer should contain the data to be sent to initiator.
