Troubleshooting Guide:
Note: Many problems such as the balance remaining in the turn on sequence, "weird" characters on the display or
"garbage" on the display are caused by connecting the power supply to the balance incorrectly. The proper
procedure is to connect the round DIN connector on the power supply cable to the balance then plug the power supply
into the wall outlet.

The display is blank *Balance not turned on

*Press ON/OFF switch

OL appears in display
