Step 22. Once the firmware is validated, you will receive the message that the
firmware is being written to nonvolatile program memory (Flash).
IMPORTANT: Do not disconnect power during this stage.

Step 23. When successfully written to Flash, you will need to cycle power for
the new firmware to take effect.
Step 24. After cycling power, you will need to reinitialize the SEL-3022 using
the settings saved at the start of the firmware upgrade procedure.
