When you connect your oven to the power supply, the TOOLS menu appears to allow you to make the following
settings:
• language,
• clock,
• contrast,
• pyrolysis recommended (confirmed by default).
To access the different settings, turn knob B.

Your oven is factory set to French.
You can choose between French, Italian, Dutch, German or English.

Pyrolysis recommended (for pyrolysis ovens)
This function is confirmed by default and automatically suggests a pyrolysis cycle suited to the degree of soil of the
oven. This recommendation is displayed for a few seconds after cooking is complete.
