Connection is not stable ---
Bluetooth signal is transmitted wirelessly and signals can be affected, which results in intermittent
sounds in the earbuds. This happens when:
The distance between the earbuds and the Bluetooth device is at the edge of the Bluetooth
pairable distance, which is within 32 feet.
Transmitted signals encounter obstacles, such as walls or closed doors.
You are near common sources of interference, such as microwave ovens, fluorescent lights,
wireless video cameras, and cordless phones.
Wi-Fi device is in use near the earbuds (if they both use the same 2.4 GHz frequency band).
There are other Bluetooth devices being turned on/off nearby.
To resume stable connection between the earbuds and the Bluetooth device, try to avoid above
conditions. Try to pair again following the steps in the “Pairing the earbuds with your cell phone”
section.
