Using Reports 9/2002

Viewing Reports To view reports, do the following:

1. Click the Historical tab.

2. Click the Reports button.

3. Select the desired report to be displayed. To do so, click the report name

you want to view and then click the appropriate time stamp.

The report displays.

If a scheduled report is configured to overwrite, then only one date and time

is listed under the report name. Each report generated overwrites the

previous one and the date and time is updated. If a scheduled report is not

set to be overwritten, a list of reports with dates and times displays under

each report name. Refer to online help in SMS Information Manager for the

particular type of report for information on configuring the overwrite setting.

NOTE: If an “overwrite” report is in the process of being updated, you will not

be able to view it until the update process is complete. If you try to access it,

you get an error message.

NOTE: In Setup mode, existing scheduled reports are automatically

disabled. They are enabled again when you go back into Run mode.
