7. Description of dialog-table words
 Locking static/system/numeric function keys
Each key on the display unit can be locked by the PLC. The dialog table
enables dialog between the PLC and the display unit.
Bit at 1 = key pressed (impulse command).
Bit at 1 = key press memorized (toggle command).
