If this is the first time that a
connection to the island has
been established, the
connection settings must first
be specified by selecting
“Connection Settings” from the
“Online” menu. In the case of
a serial connection, the
settings must be made as per
the screenshot shown here.

You can now establish a
connection to the island by
selecting "Connect" from the
"Online" menu or by pressing
the equivalent button.
Note: If no build operation has
yet been performed, the
software will now initiate an
automatic build.

Once the connection has been
established, the Advantys
software will detect that the
machine-readable version
generated does not match the
current configuration in the
island and will present you
with an option to “Download”
or “Upload”. After selecting
“Download”, confirm the
security prompt.
