Controller Status
If the bit is set to "1", the condition is TRUE.
This table describes the word 3 bit states.

Not Used
Bit 1 First Scan 1=First scan happening, 0=not first scan
Bit 2 Start Command Pending Used by peripheral port and power up routine
Bit 3 Constant Sweep Exceeded This bit is set when constant sweep is enabled,
1=sweep time exceeded constant sweep target,
0=sweep time was less, so executive waited
Bit 4 Exiting Dim Awareness 1=Condition is true, 0=Condition is false
Bit 13-16 Single Sweep Trigger When these bits are not 0 and single sweep is
enabled, execute a sweep. Allows bursts of up to
15 sweeps. These bits decrement at the end of
the sweep until 0.
