5.2 Map View
The network map depicts the various network elements, such as the Internet con-
nection, firewall, gateway, internal network interface and local network computers
and peripherals.

The following table explains the meaning of different network map symbols:
Represents the Internet. Click this icon to configure the SHDSL
connction and the WAN interface (refer to Section 6.1).
Represents the gateway's Firewall. The height of the wall corre-
sponds to the security level currently selected: Minimum, Typical or
Maximum. Click this icon to configure the Firewall (refer to Section
8.2).
Represents the Watson SHDSL router. Click this icon to go to the
System overview screen, showing the Software and Hardware ver-
sion of Watson (refer to Section 9.1).
Represents a computer (host) connected in the home network. Each
computer recognized and granted a DHCP lease appears on the
network map. Click an icon to view network information for the corre-
sponding computer.
5.3 Installation Wizard
Once your gateway is physically connected, Watson provides an Installation Wizard
that automatically diagnoses your network environment and configures its compo-
nents. As explained in its first screen, the installation wizard is a step-by-step pro-
cedure that guides you through establishing an Internet connection. The wizard
