Every plug-in is represented by a row of the entPhysicalTable with ent-
PhysicalClass set to module. The column entPhysicalParentRelPos
represents the slot number, column entPhysicalContainedIn gives the rela-
tion to the subrack.
Each interface (DSL or Ethernet) is represented by a row of the entPhysi-
calTable with entPhysicalClass set to port. Column entPhysicalPa-
rentRelPos is the port number. Column entPhysicalContainedIn gives
the relation to the plug-in.
The entAliasMappingTable defines the relation between the ports and the
ifIndex from the ifTable used in all other tables to index a port.

There is one row in the entLogicalTable which describes the master agent.
The relation between the master agent and its plug-in card defined in the
entLPMappingTable.
