Assembly and disassembly of the grinding belt Fig. 15 and

1Loosenthelockingscrew(a)ontheuppercover(e).
2Loosen the crosshead screws (b) holding the lateral
cover.Foldthelateralcoverandraiseit(twopinsofthe
machinerack).
3Releasetheguidingbuttononthebelt(c).Removethe
grindingbelt(d)fromthethreerollers.
4Installanewbandandreplacethecover(e)on.Tighten
the screws again.
Make sure the belt is running centrally. If necessary,
adjustit(seechapter“beltguide”).

Ifthegrinding disc(e) is worn,pullitoffthegrinding
plate.(Velcro®fastening)
Placethenewdisconthecentreand pushitontothe
grindingplate.
ATTENTION ! Removethegrindingdiscifitdoesnotrun
circularly.Readjustit.

1.Desserrerlavisdeverrouillage(a)delahottesupérieure
(e).
2.Desserrerlesdeuxvisàtêtecruciforme(b)maintenant
lahottelatérale.Inclinerlahottelatéraleparrapportà
ellemêmeetlasoulever(deuxcamesdumontantdela
machine).
3.Desserrerleboutondeguidagedelabande(c).Enlever
labandedeponçage(d)destroisgalets.
4.Installerlabandeneuveetreposerlahotte(e).Resser-
rer les vis de bouton.
 S’assurerquelabandeestbiencentrée.Encasdebe-
soinl’ajuster(voirchapitre«guidagedebande»).

Siledisquedeponçage(e)estusé,l’enleverduplateau
deponçage.(fermetureagrippante)
Positionnerlenouveaudisquebiencentréetlepressersur
leplateaudeponçage.
Attention!Siledisquedeponçagenetournepasdefa-
çonconcentrique,l’enleverdenouveauetleréajuster.
