vuqu’ellesrisquentdeprésenterdesrisquesdeblessu-
rescorporelles.
• Faireréparerlesoutilsparunepersonnequaliée.Cet
outilélectriqueestconformeauxrèglesdesécuritécor-
respondantes.Seulesdespersonnesqualiéesdoivent
effectuerdesréparations,toutenutilisantdespièces
de rechange d’origine, vu que l’utilisateur est autrement
soumisàdesrisquesconsidérables.

lesetlameule(aumaximum2mm).
• Contrôler fréquemmentleréglage duporteoutiletle
réajusterenfonctiondel’usuredelameule.Maintenir
aussipetitquepossiblel’écartentreleporteoutiletla
meule(aumaximum2mm).
• Utiliseruniquementdesmeulesdontlaperforationest
exactementadaptéeàl’arbredelameuleused’établi.
Nepas appliquerdemeule avec une perforation trop
petitesurl’arbre.
• Nepastropserrerlesécrousdesmeules.
• Nepasrectieravecunemeulefroide.Laissertourner
la meule une minute en marche à vide avant de com-
mencer les travaux.
• Nepasrectiersurlesfaceslatéralesdelameule.Rec-
tieruniquementsurlafacefrontale.
• Nepasappliquerleréfrigérantdirectementsurlameu-
le.Eneffetleréfrigérantrisqued’entraverlaforcede
liaison de la meule et donc de l’endommager.
• Desétincellesprésententdesrisques.Nepasrectierà
proximitédegaznideliquidesinammables.
• Semaintenirsurlecôtédelameuleaumomentdela
miseenmarchedel’appareil.
• Dresser lameuleuniquementsur lafacefrontale. En
rectiant sur les faces latérales, la meule risque de
devenir trop mince et de non donc plusgarantir une
utilisationable.
• Larecticationengendredelachaleur.Netoucherla
pièce d’ouvrage qu’une fois qu’elle est sufsamment
refroidie.

• Alwaysstayattentivetowhatyouaredoing,evenwhen
usingthemachineregularly.Bearinmindthatafrac-
tionofasecondissufcienttocauseaninjury.
• Keepyoursafety in mind. Safety isa combinationof
common sense and staying alert as long as the machine
is switched on.
Additional safety rules for the belt and disc sanding ma-
chine
• WARNING: Donotuseyourmachineuntilitiscompletely
assembled and installed according to the instructions.
• Ifyouarenotfamiliarwiththeoperationofthesanding
machine,asktheheadofthedepartment,yourteacher,
oranyotherqualiedperson.
• ATTENTION: This machine has only been designed for
sanding wood or similar materials. The sanding of other
materialscancausere,injuries,ordamagetheprod-
uct.
• Alwayswearsafetygoggles.
• Thismachinemayonlybeoperatedindoors.
• IMPORTANT: Mount and use the machine on a horizontal
surface. A non-horizontal surface can damage the mo-
tor.
• If the machine tends to tilt or walk (especially when
sandinglongandheavypanels),itmustbefastenedto
asolidsurfaceofsufcientcarryingforce.
• Makesurethesandingbeltrunsinthecorrectdirection
–seearrowsatthebackofthebelt.
• Makesurethesandingbeltisrunningcorrectlysothat
itcannotcomeoffthedrivepulleys.
• Makesurethesandingbeltisnottwistedorloose.
• Firmlyholdtheworkpiecewhensanding.
• Alwaysusethefencewhenusingthesandingmachine
inhorizontalposition.
• Alwaysholdtheworkpiecermlytothetablewhenus-
ing the sanding disc.
• Always holdtheworkpiece to the sideofthe sanding
disc running downwards, in order to maintain the work-
piecepressedtothetable.Byusingtheupwardrunning
sideofthesandingdisc,theworkpiececouldbeejected
andcauseinjurytopersons.
• Alwayskeepaminimumdistanceofabout2,0mmor
less between the table or fence and the sanding belt or
disc.
• Donotweargloves.Donotholdtheworkpiecewitha
cloth during sanding.
• Usesandingbeltordiscofthecorrectgritcorrespond-
ing with the wood.
• Neversandworkpiecestoosmalltobeheldsafely.
• Avoidawkwardhandpositionswhereasuddenslipcould
cause your hand to touch the sanding belt or disc.
