4. Uso adecuado El compresor sirve para generar aire comprimido para herramientas accionadas por aire comprimido que se pueden operar con un volumen de aire de hasta aprox. 260 l/min (p. ej., inflador de neumáticos, pistola de soplado y pistola de barnizado. 8.7 Interruptor ON/OFF (ilustr. 2) • Para conectar el compresor, es preciso mover hacia arriba el interruptor ON/OFF (17). Para desconectarlo, mover dicho interruptor hacia abajo. Supervisar con regularidad las líneas de conexión eléctrica en busca de posibles daños. Durante la comprobación, preste atención a que la línea de conexión no cuelgue de la red eléctrica. 8.8 Ajuste de presión: (ilustr. 1,3) • La presión se puede regular en el manómetro (5) con el regulador de presión (4).
10.2 Mantenimiento del recipiente de presión (ilustr. 1) ¡Atención! Para conseguir una prolongada vida útil del recipiente de presión (8), después de cada funcionamiento debe evacuarse el agua de condensación abriendo el tornillo purgador (10). Eliminar previamente la presión de la caldera (ver 10.7.1). El tornillo purgador se abre girándolo hacia la izquierda (mirando el tornillo desde la parte inferior del compresor) para vaciar completamente el agua de condensación del recipient de presión.
El embalaje se compone de materiales reciclables que puede desechar en los puntos locales de recogida selectiva. Para deshacerse de un aparato que ya no sirva pregunte a las autoridades locales o municipales. 12. Transporte Utilice el mango para transportar el compresor. Observe el peso al levantar el compresor (ver Datos técnicos). Al transportar el compresor en un vehículo de motor, asegúrese de que la carga esté bien asegurada. 13.

Utilizzo proprio 5 Il compressore serve per produrre aria compressa per utensili da azionare con una quantità di aria compressa fino a ca. 260 l/min (per es. gonfi agomme, pistole di soffi aggio e pistole di verniciatura). A causa della portata di aria limitata non è possibile azionare utensili che richiedono un consumo molto elevato di aria (per es. Levigatrici orbitali, levigatrici a barra e avvitatori a percussione). 6 7 L’apparecchio deve venire usato solamente per lo scopo a cui è destinato.

4. Intended use The compressor is designed to generate compressed air for compressed-air driven tools which can be driven with an air volume of up to approx. 260 l/min (e.g. tire inflator, blowout pistol and paint spray gun). Due to the limited air output it is not possible to use the compressor to drive tools with very high air consumption (for example orbital sanders, die grinders and hammer screwdrivers).

9. Electrical connection The electrical motor installed is connected and ready for operation. The connection complies with the applicable VDE and DIN provisions. The customer‘s mains connection as well as the extension cable used must also comply with these regulations. Important information In the event of an overloading the motor will switch itself off. After a cool-down period (time varies) the motor can be switched back on again.
10.5 Changing the oil (Fig. 3,10) Switch off the engine and pull the mains plug out of the socket. Remove the oil sealing plug (16). After releasing any air pressure you can unscrew the oil drain plug (12) from the compressor pump (13). To prevent the oil from running out in an uncontrolled manner, hold a small metal chute under the opening and collect the oil in a vessel. If the oil does not drain out completely, we recommend tilting the compressor slightly.

4. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Der Kompressor dient zum Erzeugen von Druckluft für druckluftbetriebene Werkzeuge, welche mit einer Luftmenge bis ca. 260 l/min. betrieben werden können (z.B. Reifenfüller, Ausblaspistole und Lackierpistole). Aufgrund der begrenzten Luftfördermenge ist es nicht möglich, Werkzeuge zu betreiben, welche einen sehr hohen Luftverbrauch aufweisen (z.B. Schwingschleifer, Stabschleifer und Schlagschrauber). 4 5 6 Die Maschine darf nur nach ihrer Bestimmung verwendet werden.

Betrieb von Druckbehältern • Wer einen Druckbehälter betreibt, hat diesen in einem ordnungsgemäßen Zustand zu erhalten, ordnungsgemäß zu betreiben, zu überwachen, notwendige Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten unverzüglich vorzunehmen und die den Umständen nach erforderlichen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu treffen. • Die Aufsichtsbehörde kann im Einzelfall erforderliche Überwachungsmaßnahmen anordnen.
8.6 Netzanschluss • Der Kompressor ist mit einer Netzleitung mit Schutzkontaktstecker ausgerüstet. Dieser kann an jeder Schutzkontaktsteckdose 220 - 240 V~ 50 Hz, welche mit 16 A abgesichert ist, angeschlossen werden. • Achten Sie vor Inbetriebnahme darauf, dass die Netzspannung mit der Betriebsspannung und mit der Maschinenleistung auf dem Datenschild übereinstimmt. • Lange Zuleitungen, sowie Verlängerungen, Kabeltrommeln usw. verursachen Spannungsabfall und können den Motoranlauf verhindern.
10.2 Wartung des Druckbehälters (Bild 1) Achtung! Für dauerhafte Haltbarkeit des Druckbehälters (8) ist nach jedem Betrieb das Kondenswasser durch Öffnen der Ablassschraube (10) abzulassen. Lassen Sie zuvor den Kesseldruck ab (s. 10.7.1). Die Ablassschraube wird durch Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn geöffnet (Blickrichtung von der Kompressorunterseite auf die Schraube), damit das Kondenswasser vollständig aus dem Druckbehälter ablaufen kann.
12. Transport Verwenden Sie zum Transport den Handgriff und fahren Sie damit den Kompressor. Beachten Sie beim Anheben des Kompressors dessen Gewicht (siehe Technische Daten). Sorgen Sie beim Transport des Kompressors in Kraftfahrzeugen für eine gute Ladungssicherung. 13. Störungsabhilfe Störung Mögliche Ursache Abhilfe • Netzspannung nicht vorhanden. • Kabel, Netzstecker, Sicherung und Steckdose überprüfen. • Zu lange Verlängerungskabel vermeiden.
