Deinstallation and disposal
The coffee machine must be disposed of correctly in conformity with local and legal regula-
tions.
► Contact service partner.
Water hardness: 13 – 16 To set the water hardness:
► Perform the water hardness test.
See "Service and maintenance" - "Determine the
water hardness".

Water filter: no To set the use of a water filter:

Option 1: Input "no"
 The next step appears.
Option 2: If "yes" is set, the filter rinse is ex-
ecuted automatically.
► Place a container with a capacity of ca. 3 l
under the hot water outlet.
► Fill the drinking water container completely.
 After the filter rinse cycle is completed,
the next step is displayed.

The machine heats up The coffee machine begins heating up.
After heating, the coffee system is rinsed.
► Place a container under the beverage outlet.
 The rinse cycle takes ca. 40 sec.

"Espresso" beverage button
A test brewing is performed at the end of the
commissioning program.
The button flashes.
► Place a suitable container below the bever-
age outlet.
► Press the button.
 The test brewing starts.
► Pour away the test beverage; do not drink it.
