Decaffeinated Preselection
Range: Preselection, Disabled
Set the output type for decaffeinated (DECAF) bever- ►
ages.
Procedure with “Preselection”:
1. Press the decaffeinated button.
2. Press the beverage button.
Milk time 6.0 s.
Set the output time for hot milk. ►

Foam percentage 100 %
Range: 0-100%
Set the Foam percentage for the selected beverage. ►
0% = hot milk
100% = milk foam
Outlet variants Milk before coffee
Range: Milk before coffee, Milk after coffee, Milk with
coffee
Dene the output sequence. ►

Cold milk 8.0 s.
Set the output time for cold milk. ►

Coffee delay 0.0 s.
Set the delay between milk and coffee output. ►

Pre-infuse 0 ml
Set the pre-infuse quantity. ► Extends the extraction time; set to maximal
1 ml per gram of coffee powder!
Recommended for:

Delay (pre-infuse) 0.0 s.
Set the delay for pre-infuse. ►
Recommendation:
Between 1-2 seconds. ●
Opening of brew chamber 00 ms.
Set the brew chamber opening time. ►
The coffee cake gets more space to swell.
Ends up in shorter extraction time!
Wet pressing Disabled
Enable or disable wet pressing. ► Extends the extraction time. Normally se-
lected together with pre-infuse!
Recommended for:

Initial pressure Level 1
Range: Level 1-5
Set initial pressure on the coffee cake before the brew ►
process.
The more water the lower the initial pres-
sure!
Recommendation:
Espresso = level 4-5 ●
Coffee = level 1-3 ●
Bypass coffee water 0.0 s.
Set the duration for the bypass water. ► IMPORTANT REMARK:
Enable only if the machine is equipped ●
with the brewing accelerator!
Water will be deducted before the brew unit
and fed in before the outlet.
Double product Preselection
Range: Preselection, Always active, Disabled
Enable or disable double product for the selected bever- ►
age.
Procedure “Preselection”:
