1.5. Cleaning parameters
Cleaning request Information
Range: Information, Obligatory, Disabled
Set if the machine should generate a message on the ►
Touchscreen when the cleaning is due.
Information:
After the set amount of coffees is reached
the message „clean machine“ appears on
the Touchscreen.
Obligatory:
After reaching the set amount (coffee or
time) the cleaning obligatory appears on the
Touchscreen.
Cleaning request after 300 coffee
Set the amount of coffees until the machine asks for ►
cleaning.
After dispensing the set amount of coffees
the cleaning request appears on the Touch-
screen.
Cleaning request (time) Disabled
Enable when the cleaning should be done on a given ►
time (e.g. after shop closing time).

Cleaning request at XX:XX
Set the time for the cleaning request. ► The request appears on the set time on ●
the Touchscreen.

information.
Example for machines with enabled cleaning request
This message remains for four hours in the status line on ●
the Touchscreen. During this time beverages can still be
dispensed.
After the four hours all beverage deliveries will be blocked ●
and the machine automatically starts the cleaning cycle.

Switch off after cleaning Disabled
Enable when the machine should automatically switch ►
off after the cleaning cycle.
Recommendation:
Enable for machines which are not run- ●
ning in 24H operation.
Flush coffee Disabled
Enable when a rinsing coffee should be produced after ►
the cleaning cycle.
If “Switch off after cleaning” is enabled the
rinsing coffee will be produced when the
machine is switched on again!
Cleaning on Sunday Daily
Cleaning on Saturday Daily
Range: Daily, Weekly
Set the cleaning type for the selected day. ►
Based on this setting a message will be gen-
erated during the cleaning cycle. This mes-
sage will mention the cleaning agent and the
dosage for the activated cleaning type.
Cleaning agent (daily) DAYPURE
Enter the cleaning agent which has to be used on a daily ►
base.

Dosage (daily) 100 ml
Set the dosage for the daily cleaning agent. ► Dosage:
100 ml Daypure ●
1000 ml water (added by the machine) ●
Cleaning agent (weekly) WEEKPURE
Enter the cleaning agent which has to be used on a ►
weekly base.

Dosage (weekly) 100 ml
Set the dosage for the weekly cleaning agent. ► Dosage:
100 ml Weekpure ●
1000 ml water (added by the machine) ●
