Denes the standard grinder which is used
for new beverage programming.

Set the inlet for decaffeinated coffee powder (DECAF). ►

Set the inlet source for decaffeinated coffee powder (DE- ►
CAF).

1.4. Milk parameter
Milk system BCL
Range: BCL, UC, None
Set the existing milk system. ►
Set parameter ► refer to page 7!
Speed pump (hot milk) 65 %
Range: 0 - 100 %
Set the speed for the pump for hot milk beverages. ►
This setting has an inuence on the milk
temperature (outlet)! The lower the percent-
age (pump speed) the higher the milk tem-
perature on the outlet!
Speed pump (milk foam) 80 %
Range: 0 - 100 %
Set the speed for the pump for milk foam beverages. ►
Fill milk hose 4.0 s.
Range: 1.0 - 15.0 seconds
Set the ll time for the milk hose. ►
The milk hose is lled for the programmed
time to avoid dosage uctuation.
IMPORTANT REMARK:
Must be adjusted for SCC BC & C UC ●
(hose length from refrigerator to the out-
let)!
Duration microsteam 4.0 s.
Range: 3.0 - 10.0 seconds
Set the duration for microsteam. ►
To clean the milk hoses after a milk bever-
age was dispensed.
Rinse hot Outlet rinsing
Range: Outlet rinsing, Milk hose rinsing, None
Set the rinsing type. ►
Outlet rinsing: BCL ●
Milk hose rinsing: BC & C UC ●
Rinse hot Repeating milk hose rinsing
Attention: only possible for SCC BC & C UC!
For the SCC BC & C UC the milk hose rinsing can be re- ●
peated automatically. The delay for the milk hose rinsing
can be set with the parameter “rinsing delay” below.
IMPORTANT REMARK:
Only possible for SCC BC & C UC! ●
Rinsing delay 15 Min.
Range: 5 - 90 minutes
Set the delay for the milk system rinsing. ►

Milk pump return 1.5 s.
Range: 0.0 - 5.0 seconds
Set the milk pump return after a milk beverage was dis- ►
pensed.
To empty the milk hose between the outlet
and the milk pump. The milk pump is run-
ning in return direction.
Level control Sensor
Range: Sensor, Milk balance , Disabled
Set the existing milk level control. ►
