Der Gas Alarm GX-B3 mit externem Sensor ist ein Gasmelder für Stadt-, Erd- und Flüssiggas und warnt bereits bei einer Gaskonzentration, die weit unter dem lebensbedrohlichen Wert liegt. Dieses Überwachungssystem ist deshalb seinem Zweck entsprechend sehr empfindlich eingestellt (s. Tabelle TECHNISCHE DATEN). Das Warnsignal erfolgt akustisch/ optisch und gleichzeitig wird das angeschlossene Gasgerät abgeschaltet.

english APPROPRIATE USE The GAS ALARM GX-B3 with external sensor is a gas warning device for town, natural and liquefied gases and can already deliver a warning at a gas concentration that lies well below life-threatening values. This monitoring system is, therefore, in line with its purpose, set to a very high sensitivity (see table TECHNICAL DATA).The alarm is signalled acoustically/ optically and the connected gas appliance is turned off at the same time.
Placing of the sensor for liquefied gas (propane C3H8 / butane C4H10): Mount the external sensor at a height of 15-30 cm above the floor but no further than 4 m from the gas appliance. Escaping liquefied gas is heavier than air and sinks to the floor. It spreads across the floor rather like water - but as a gas - and always seeks the lowest point. The sensor may not be used in the following positions: • places where the sensor is shielded from escaping gas (e.g.
ALARM If there is an escape of gas, the system gives an alarm once the sensitivity threshold is exceeded. The electronic siren sounds and the LED (Function) flashes red.

UTILISATION CONFORMÁ SA DESTINATION Le GAS ALARM GX-B3 avec un capteur externe est un détecteur de gaz de ville, de gaz naturel et de gaz liquéfiés. Il déclenche l‘alarme à une concentration de gaz bien en dessous du seuil mortel. Cet appareil est très sensible conformément à sa destination (cf. le tableau SPECIFICATIONS TECHNIQUES). La signalisation d‘alarme se fait par voie sonore et lumineuse. En même temps l‘équipement à gaz raccordé est mis à l‘arrêt.

REGLEMENTAIR VOORGESCHREVEN GEBRUIK Het GAS ALARM GX-B3 met externe sensor is een gasmelder voor stads-, aard- en vloeibaar gas en waarschuwt reeds bij een gasconcentratie, die ver onder de levensbedreigende waarde ligt. Dit monitoringsysteem is daarom in overeenstemming met het gebruiksdoeleinde zeer gevoelig ingesteld (zie tabel TECHNISCHE GEGEVENS). Het waarschuwingssignaal volgt akoestisch/optisch en gelijktijdig wordt het aangesloten gasapparaat uitgeschakeld.
Plaatsing van de sensor bij vloeibaar gas (propaan C3H8 / butaan C4H10): Monteer de externe sensor op een hoogte van 15-30 cm boven de vloer, maar niet op een grotere afstand dan 4 m van het gasapparaat. Vrijkomend vloeibaar gas is zwaarder dan lucht en zakt tot op de grond. Het breidt zich daar uit, net zoals water, echter gasvormig en zoekt steeds het laagste punt.
ALARM Bij het vrijkomen van gas slaat het systeem bij een overschrijding van de gevoeligheidsdrempel onmiddellijk alarm. De elektronische sirene weerklinkt en de LED (Function) flitst in het rood aan. UTILIZZO APPROPRIATO Il GAS ALARM GX-B3 con sensore esterno è un rilevatore di gas di città, naturale e fluido liquido; esso emette un segnale acustico quando la concentrazione di gas rilevata è ben inferiore al valore pericoloso. Dato il suo utilizzo, la sensibilità di questo sistema di controllo è molto elevata (vedi tabella DATI TECNICI). Il segnale di allarme è sia acustico che visivo e al contempo viene spento l‘apparecchio a gas collegato.

USO CONFORME A LAS DISPOSICIONES La GAS ALARM GX-B3 con sensor externo es un detector de gas ciudad, natural y licuado que advierte ya si se produce una concentración de gas muy por debajo del valor que puede suponer un peligro de muerte. Por ello y conforme a su finalidad, la configuración de este sistema de vigilancia es muy sensible (véase tabla de DATOS TÉCNICOS). La señal de advertencia es acústica/ óptica y, a la vez, se apaga vez el aparato de gas conectado.
Colocación del sensor en caso de gas ciudad y gas natural (metano CH4): Monte el sensor externo a una altura de 15-30 cm por debajo del techo de la estancia y de forma que no la distancia al aparato de gas no sea superior a 4 m. Tenga en cuenta: El sensor debe colocarse de forma que se encuentre por encima de la apertura de puerta o ventana más alta de la estancia. El gas ciudad y el gas natural (metano) son más ligeros que el aire y, por ello, siempre tienen tendencia a subir.
ALARMA En caso de escape de gas, el sistema emite de inmediato una alarma si se sobrepasa el umbral de sensibilidad. Suena la sirena electrónica y el LED (Function) parpadea en color rojo.
