Appendix A: Example Applications
This section illustrates three specific applications using SDLink extender units:
• Simple system using SDRK/6S Hub and SDLink/RS Remote Units to
extend serial and KVM for up to six PCs (Figure 14).
• Two remote serial touch screens with local access through a KVM switch
(Figure 15) using two SDLink2/S kits.
• Information distribution system sharing a single PC at up to six remote
locations (Figure 16).
