Internet Radio Quick start Guide What you need before you can use your Internet Radio Thanks for your buying! Before use it, you need to know followings: LAN Setting: Make sure the internet environment is ready and the network settings is available for LAN (ADSL or Cable Modems is highly recommended). Wireless LAN Setting: • A broadband Internet connection. • A wireless access point (Wi-Fi) connected to your broadband Internet, preferably via a router.

Unit Back Overview Setup Wizard Step 1 - Power up 1. Connect to your Internet Radio adapter and ensure the power LED is lighting up, extend antenna. 2. In use, it can be switched on or off by pressing STANDBY/ON. For initial use, it will ask you to ‘Setup wizard’. Step 2 – Setup wizard 1. Continue the above step, press SELECT (the SELECT knob) to confirm ‘YES’, and then turn SELECT to your preferred ‘hour format’, press SELECT to confirm.
Press SELECT to confirm ‘Update from Network’. Now, follow your radio’s instruction, configure the following parameters: 2. Timezone: select your local timezone. Daylight saving: On or Off as per your country status. Wlan region: Most of Europe/USA/Canada/Spain etc. SSID: In some cases, radio may find more than one network. Turn SELECT to your favorite one, press SELECT to confirm.
Access Wireless Network 1. Continue above step as previous page, press SELECT to enter ‘Internet radio’ mode. Or press MENU or BACK to Main menu page. 2. While cursor point to < Station list >, press SELECT to confirm. 3. Then refer following section to choose stations. If fail to connect to network, please follow: a. Check your Router, see it working normally or not; b. Relocating your radio to a stronger signal position is necessary! c. Make sure your password is input correctly.

Add Station to ‘My Added Stations’ Even though the Internet radio portal contains thousands of stations, you may still want to listen to stations not listed. Changing the Station Information It is possible to view the information that is displaying on the second line of the display when listening Internet program. To view more information, you can press INFO repeatedly. • Station Description This is scrolling text information supplied by the Internet station. It may comprise information on music titles or details of the programme which is provided by the broadcaster.
Shift to wired network Step 1 – Choose LAN Setting Note: a. Ensure LAN cable connecting to LAN socket already. 1. To access to this order, press MENU < System settings > < Network >, press SELECT to confirm. 2. Turn SELECT to < Manual settings >, press SELECT to confirm. 3. While cursor point to < Wired >, press SELECT to confirm. 4. While cursor point to < DHCP enable >, press SELECT to confirm. After a while, the Ethernet connection would be done.
Music Player Mode ∗ Setting up a Music Server In order for your radio play music files from a computer, the computer must be set up to share files or media. UPnP media sharing allows devices like this radio to play music from a shared media library, navigating through tag menus such as Artist, Album or Genre. If you are running a suitable server system such as a PC with Windows Media Player10 or later (WMP), and your music library is well-tagged, then it is recommended to use media sharing.

FM Mode ∗ General operation 1. Press MODE repeatedly until < FM Radio > is showing up. For initial use, it will start at the beginning of the FM frequency range (87.50MHz). Otherwise, the last listened FM station will be selected. 3. 4. Note: or enter < Main menu >, and then turn SELECT < FM >, press SELECT to confirm. To manually adjust frequency, while frequency shows up, turn SELECT to adjust it by 0.05MHz per step. To auto-searching, while frequency shows up, simply press SELECT or SCAN.
Setting Station Presets Your radio can store 10 Internet and 10 FM stations preset. To store the current station: 1. Press PRESETS, and then turn SELECT to your expected option 1-10. 2. Press and hold SELECT to confirm, your radio would indicate ‘Preset stored’, and then your radio will return to its normal working condition, and preset icon appeared on display. Selecting a Preset Station To select a stored Internet station: 1. Press MODE to go into relative mode: Internet or FM mode. 2.
General Operation Return to Main Menu ∗ ∗ Press MENU, and then turn SELECT to < Main menu >. Or, you can move back to radio’s top-line < Main menu >, at any time by pressing BACK repeatedly.
