Chapter 4: Dictating Text
To Say
Start a new paragraph (press the Enter key
twice)
"New Paragraph"
Start a new line (press the Enter key once) "New Line"
Enter punctuation marks, such as "!" The name of the punctuation mark, such as "excla-
mation point"
Dictate symbols or special characters such
as "®"
The standard name of the symbol, such as "registered
sign"

Undoing actions
You can reverse the result of a command or dictation in the following ways:
To undo most actions
Say "Undo That," "Undo Last Action," or just "Undo."
Example:
To undo the command "Italicize That," say "Undo That."
To undo dictation
Say "Scratch That."
Example:
To remove text just after you dictated it, say "Scratch That."
