Loading Media32
" Before loading envelopes, press them down to make sure that all
air is removed, and make sure that the folds of the flaps are firmly
pressed, otherwise the envelopes may become wrinkled or a
media misfeed may occur.
4 Slide the paper guides against
the left and right sides of the
loaded media.
Specifying the Paper Size
This section describes the procedure for specifying the size of paper loaded
in the media tray or manual feed tray.
1 Press the Menu key.
2 Press a scroll key until 1.Common Setup appears on the display.
3 Press the Select key.
4 Press a scroll key until 12.Paper Size appears on the display.
5 Press the Select key.
6 Press a scroll key, and then select the desired paper size.
7 Press the Select key to make the selection.
