ile User’s Guide.
Entering Menu Mode

Press the Menu key to enter Menu mode. The message window displays
the menus.
2 Press the scroll keys or a numeric key (1–6) to choose from the following
menus: 1.Common Setup, 2.Copy Setup, 3.Report, 4.Fax Setup,
5.PhoneBook or 6.Special Fax.
" Hold the appropriate scroll key down to navigate more quickly
through each menu level.
3 Press the Select key to select an option when it appears on the message
window. The message window displays the next menu level.
4 Press the scroll keys to view the next menu item.
5 Press the Select key.
When an option has been selected, the message window displays Set-
ting OK on the bottom line. The current setting is always the option with
a checkmark (v).
