The 7020 will automatically select Store Mode (memory) when Book Copy mode is selected. If

Store Mode is not desired during Book copy mode, simply press the Store mode key (not

highlighted) prior to exiting the Application mode.

A preliminary scan will occur in mixed original mode to determine paper size before the reading

scan is done. This is normal operation and can not be changed..

CAUSE: The lead edge of the original is getting caught by either of the following conveyance guide

parts:

Conveyance guide part/F (p/n 13GL45340)

Conveyance guide part/B (p/n 13GL45330)

Conveyance guide part/R (p/n 13GL45350)

SOLUTION: The shape of the conveyance guide parts have been changed to accommodate thick

originals in the 2:1 or 2:2 modes. A new part (p/n 13GL- 4530) is now available which combines all

of the conveyance guide parts as one assembly.

Note: Refer to the DF314 parts catalog (2/2000) page 12 and 13 for reference.

CAUSE: The 7020 has ran out of paper and is unable to complete the fax reception or print job.

SOLUTION: Press JOB LIST, on the LCD, to view the status of the fax and or print jobs. Load the

necessary paper size and press START/PRINT to complete the fax and/or print job.

Note: The LCD will display a message to PLEASE LOAD PAPER if a copy job is attempted prior to

adding paper.

Scantrip Admin is an enterprise-level administration tool for Konica's Scan-to-Disk feature. Groups

of images from multiple scanner/print engines can be retrieved and deleted with Scantrip Admin.

The Scan-to-Disk activity can be checked and the information saved to file for audit purposes.

Scantrip Admin can even be used to perform a back up of the Scan-to-Disk file system.
