CAUSE: When using 5.5x8.5R paper, the edge of the paper may touch the rib of the conveyance

open/close plate causing a jam.

SOLUTION: To prevent the 5.5x8.5R paper from jamming, [[conveyance guide sheet/A| IMAGE

conveyance guide sheet/A as needed.
