5. Set Input | Media (p. 50) to "B/W negative"

1. Choose File | Default options (p. 40) from the File menu (p. 39) to reset VueScan
2. Select Input tab (p. 49) on the Options panel (p. 9)
3. Set Input | Source (p. 50) to your scanner
4. Set Input | Mode (p. 50) to "Transparency"
5. Set Input | Media (p. 50) to "Color negative"
