Compatibility
Software
SOL comes with software to run the scanner and manage and view scans captured. The
software supports export to a wide range of file formats used in the 3d printing and
modeling world, including OBJ, STL, PLY, DAE, and XYZ file formats. Any 3d software that
supports one of these file types can be used.
Printers
Any printer with slicer software that supports STL or OBJ file types can be used with the SOL
scanner, including scanners from PRUSA, MakerBot, Lulzbot, FormLabs and many more.
Sketchfab
Store detailed scans and models directly to Sketchfab and share online on popular social
platforms, or embedded online.
