EU legislation This product is a cosmetic product regulated by and complying with Regulation EC No
1223/2009 (as amended) on Cosmetic Products in the EU/NI and in GB schedule 34 of the
Product Safety and Metrology etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(as
amended) and is thus exempt from the Safety Data Sheet requirements of EU & GB REACH.
It is also exempt from the classification and labelling rules of the Classification, Labelling and
Packaging Regulation.
