Return code indicating whether the query was successful. This field can take
the following values:
CBI_YES After processing this request, L2 should set to zero all (and
only) the internal statistics whose corresponding field in
the CBI_M2_COMMON_STATS structures is non-zero. All
the fields in the CBI_M2_MTP2_STATS and
CBI_M2_SAAL_STATS structures should be reset to zero
unconditionally.
CBI_NO L2 should not reset any internal statistics.
CBI_OK The query was successful.
CBI_UNSUCCESSFUL The query failed.
