Warranty

This warranty specifically excludes all other damage, of whatever nature, including the cost of labor,
installation or reinstallation costs and other direct or indirect damage, real or anticipated, present or
future. SBC makes no guarantee against mold and mildew which are natural and unpredictable
phenomenon that can occur on any type of siding. This warranty is non-transferable and non-
assignable.
Upon discovery of a possible defect or failure, a claim must be filed immediately, and under no
circumstances more than thirty (30) days after it appeared. All claims must be sent, with proof of
