14 Troubleshooting

Set bike computer to pairing mode.

mode
Activate powermeter by rotating
the crank.
Radio contact disturbed Eliminate source of interference,
e.g. other active powermeters.
5. Powermeter is without
any function
Battery discharged Replace battery. Use battery
CR2450.
Wrong battery type Use battery CR2450.
Firmware is in an undefined
state (device is "crashed")
Remove the battery, wait one
minute, reinstall the battery.
6. Measured values are
not plausible
Zero has changed
uncontrolled
During the ride: Perform zeroing by
coasting without pedaling.
7. Water inside the
battery compartment
O-ring missing Insert O-ring correctly, allow battery
compartment to dry.
O-ring worn Replace O-ring, allow battery
compartment to dry.
Battery cover damaged Replace battery cover, allow battery
compartment to dry.
