9. Mount the complete crankset
at the bike.
CAUTION:
Observe manufacturers’ moun-
ting instructions. If needed, ask
the crank manufacturer or a
specialised dealer..
9.3 Start-up
CAUTION: It must be ensured that no force is exerted on the power2max powermeter during start-
up, e.g. by putting load on a pedal.
1. If not yet done, open the battery compartment by loosening the three cross-head screws. Re-
move the battery cover and the two O-rings. Please pay attention that the two O-rings are of
different diameter.

2. Mount the O-rings. Insert the
smaller one into the battery
cover.
3. Place the larger O-ring around
the upper collar of the battery
compartment as shown in the
figures.
