4. Hold the power2max power-
meter as shown in the figure on
the left-hand side.
5. Shift the large chainring onto
the battery compartment.
6. Bring the holes for the threaded
connections in line.
First attach the chainrings to the
power2max powermeter. Make sure the chainrings are positioned
correctly and have a tight seat as specified by the manufacturer concerned.
2. Open the battery compart-
ment using a suitable cross-
head screw driver.
For this purpose, remove all
three screws and the two O-
rings and a battery, if already
inserted.
3. Powermeter power2max demounted.
CAUTION! If you want to mount power2max powermeter with a 130 mm BCD aero chainring,
you must shorten the chain catcher at the battery cover by 1 ... 2 mm to avoid its collision
with the chainring. Then, the distance between chainring and chain catcher in mounting po-
sition should be about 1 mm. For shortening by grinding, we recommend the use of abrasive
paper.
CAUTION!
The battery holder must in no
case be damaged. In such a
case, a repair would be impos-
sible for technical reasons.
