have several support options:

hours of operation for assistance. A full listing of authorized Sublijet Resellers is

contact Sawgrass Technical Support at [phone] between the hours of
8:30 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Standard time.
2. Internet: Visit the Technical Support area of the Sawgrass Systems, Inc. Web site
at www.sublimation.com. The troubleshooting utility found here will provide you
with solutions to some of the most common problems. You may submit a detailed
description of your problem if you need further assistance. We will work with your
reseller to provide you with a solution to your printing problems.
