Reduce/Enlarge—Reducing and Enlarging
Preset R/E—Reducing and Enlarging Using Preset Ratios

Note
❐ You can add up to two preset ratios with the user tools. ☛See page 129.
❐ You can select a ratio regardless of the size of an original or copy paper. With some
ratios, parts of the image might not be copied or margins will appear on copies.
❐ To return to 100%, press the [100%] key.
Reducing

Press the [Ratio] key.

Press the [Reduce] or key to se-
lect the reducing ratio.

Press the [OK] key.

Set your originals, then press the
Start key.
