Duplexing, Booklet & N-Up Printing
These modes help users save paper, postage expenses, and filing space by placing multiple images onto a
single sheet of paper.
Duplex Printing Print onto both sides of the paper.
Select
Long Edge
(open to the left) for output used in conventional printing like a
book or magazine.
Select S
Short Edge
(open to the top) to produce a document in a calendar fashion.
Booklet Printing Reorders the page data from sent files to produce duplexed documents in reader
spreads. The printer reduces and places multiple pages on each sheet. Users also
have the choice of Top or Left orientation.
N-Up Printing Combines multiple pages onto a single sheet of paper. Image size is reduced to fit 2
or 4 pages per sheet. Users have control over the page orientation as well as the
order of pages on each sheet.
