saving toner and supplies for incorrect or unwanted
page volumes in case of error.

Press once to take the
printer offline to
perform maintenance
or replenish supplies;
press again to return to
online status.
 Stops a job in progress at the device. Print job data
remains in memory and the job can be restarted.
 Allows users to pause printing to check image quality,
change settings, or replenish supplies and then resume
printing without returning to their PC or having to
reprogram the job.
