 High performance 600 MHz CPU processors built on the latest version of the Savin Controller
Architecture.
 Standard 10/100Base-TX Ethernet interface for shared use; USB 2.0 Type B interface for direct
connection to a single computer; and a USB 2.0 Type A interface for connection to external devices
such as a card reader or PictBridge™-enabled digital camera.
 High quality color output at up to 1200 x 1200 dpi plus a number of color simulation and matching
tools including PANTONE
®

 Enhanced user-friendly control panel featuring a 4-line LCD panel plus a new 12-key alphanumeric
keypad for easier user data entry and Locked Print job retrieval at the printer.
 Support for a wider variety of media including waterproof
paper, banners up to 49" long, envelopes, static cling
translucent media (pictured), plus thicker media support
from every tray – 120 lb. Index from all paper trays and
up to 140 lb. Index through the Bypass.
 An expandable paper supply to keep pace with growing
volumes. Up to 2,300 total sheets plus standard

Also note yields and CPPs are different between the CLP131DN and the new CLP37DN/CLP42DN due
to the use of the new ISO/IEC 19798 coverage standard.
