Clearing Paper Jams

Duplex Jam 1

Do the following procedure to solve this type of paper jam.

1. Open the rear cover.

2. Pull the rear guide { on each side down and remove the paper.

3. Return the rear guide to its original position.

4. Close the rear cover. Printing should resume.
