6.1.2 LED STATUS ERROR MESSAGE
On
1. The cover is open.
 Close the cover.
2. No paper in the tray
 Load paper in the tray.
3. The printer has stopped printing due to a major error.
4. The print cartridge is not installed.
 Install the print cartridge.
5. The life of the print cartridge.
 Replace the print cartridge.
Red
Blinking
1. A minor error is occurring and the printer is waiting for
the error to be cleared.
 When the problem is cleared, the printer resumes
printing.
2. The print cartridge is near end.
 Replace a new print cartridge.
Error
Orange On 1. A paper jam has occurred.
On
1. The printer is in the power save mode.
2. The printer is on-line and can receive data from the
computer.
Online Green
Blinking
1. Blinks slowly indicates that the printer is receiving
data from the computer.
2. Blinks quickly indicates that the printer is printing data.
