Disk Space Low Warning
If free disk space falls below the
value set in [Issue alert at:], you will
receive a low disk space message.
Upon receiving this message, you
should delete any unnecessary
data to maintain enough disk
space.

Change in user settings
When there are changes in the lay-
out/configuration of the network,
take the following actions.
Adding a User
To add a user to the system, per-
form the following:
Install and configure DeskTop-
Binder V2 or ScanRouter V2
Link on the user's computer.
After registering a destination,
add it to the destination list. As-
sign the new user to a group if
necessary. Add mail addresses
to the Mail Address Book as

Update the information on the
TSI table to deliver a document
received by fax to a new desti-
nation using TSI. p.38 Ad-

Removing a User
To remove a user from the system,
perform the following:
Delete the user's destination in-
formation from the server. If the
user was a member of a group,
the user will be automatically
deleted from the group. p.32

When using E-mail delivery,
delete e-mail addresses that are
no longer needed on a regular

Changing User's Information
If a user's information changes,
perform the following:
Edit the user's information as
appropriate.
Edit an associated destination
list as appropriate.
If the user's group association
has changed, change the group
information. If necessary, up-
date the destination informa-

When using a TSI table to deliv-
er documents received by fax,
update the TSI table regular-
ly. p.38 Administering TSI
Codes
With ScanRouter V2 Profession-
al/Enterprise, update both the
Mail Address Book and destina-
tion settings when there is a
change in an e-mail address.
Changes made to the mail ad-
dress book do not change the e-
mail destination settings. p.32
