Initialization After Restarting

Click [OK] on the “Enter final set-
tings for ScanRouter V2 Profes-
sional” dialog box.
The ”Authorization for Server Ac-
cess” dialog box is displayed.

Enter the password for launching
in the [Password] and [Confirm pass-
word] boxes, and click [OK].
The [Set Delivery Types] dialog box
is displayed.

Select the delivery type to be
used, and then click [OK].
Important
❒ If fax documents are delivered
using a device for fax delivery
using RS232 without mail, se-
lect MAPI.

When Notes R5 mail is selected,
enter the password of the Notes
ID used to install Notes.
Important
❒ Do not change the Notes ID to
another.

When SMTP mail is selected, set
up mail delivery. Follow the in-
structions in the dialog box and
set POP and SMTP.
Set the following:
• Host name of the SMTP and
POP servers
• Prepared mail account and
password for ScanRouter V2
Professional
Note
❒ The POP and SMTP authenti-
cation can be set in Ad-
vanced.

Click [OK].
The Windows setup required to
operate ScanRouter V2 Profession-
al is changed automatically.

When the completion message is
displayed, click [Finish].

Restart the computer.
Important
❒ When the SQL server is used, an
account dedicated to ScanRout-
er V2 Professional is created in
the SQL server. Do not change
the settings of this account.
Note
❒ Until the server is restarted, cli-
ent software cannot connect to
it.
