pears: "The selected I/O device is not
switched on, or is not available on

When ScanRouter V2 Profession-
al/Enterprise is reinstalled, the mes-
sage that prompts specifying another
folder appears.
When ScanRouter V2 Professional/Enterprise is unin-
stalled, whether to leave the setting information can be
specified. When the uninstallation is performed with-
out deleting the setting information, if an attempt is
made to reinstall ScanRouter V2 Professional/Enter-
prise, a message is displayed. Because the DR, DRDB
and DRTmp folders in the RDCab folder are not deleted
during the uninstallation, delete them manually before
the reinstallation.
Note
❒ If you are not sure whether you can delete the DR
and DRDB folders, move them to another folder.
When ScanRouter V2 Profession-
al/Enterprise is uninstalled, the mes-
sage that the I/O device settings are
registered appears.
Start ScanRouter V2 Administration Utility, delete the
devices in the I/O device setting, and reexecute the un-
