Delivery Type
The following delivery types are
possible:
Deliver to In-Tray
Data can be saved in the server's
in-tray. In-tray options allow
you to set passwords and a doc-
ument save-for period. You can
view the in-tray through Desk-
TopBinder V2 or ScanRouter V2
Link.
Save as Windows file
This option saves data in a fold-
er. Specified folders on the file
server must be set to share be-
forehand.
The following folders may be
selected as a destination:
A shared folder on the file
server in the network
A folder on the delivery serv-
er
Note
To deliver documents to the
file server, a network drive
must be mapped to the se-
lected folder in the file serv-
er.
Add as document
When ScanRouter Document-
Server is used, data can be
stored in any folder of the docu-
ment management server.
Send by E-mail
Attaches a document and sends
e-mail to a specified e-mail ad-
dress. Depending on the mail
environment, select from MAPI
mail, Notes R5 mail or SMTP
mail. In the e-mail property set-
tings, make the necessary sav-
ing format and attachment
method settings for the docu-
ment. E-mail addresses in the
Mail Address Book can be
browsed to select the one de-

Deliver to Notes R5 Database
(only with ScanRouter Enter-
prise)
Documents can be delivered to
Notes R5 DB for the Domino
server.
SharePoint Portal Server Plug-
in (only with ScanRouter Enter-
prise)
Documents can be delivered to
SharePoint Portal Server.
