PREPARE PRINT JOBS
RW-470 CLIENTS 117
Note: An SSL-file contains print parameters for the
print out, which can be read and interpreted by the RW-
470 PLOTCLIENT WIN and RW-470 PLOTBASE pro-
grams. However, only SSL-jobs that have been previ-
ously produced by the client in RW-470 PLOTCLIENT
WEB can be read. This program can produce com-
pressed SSL-jobs.
The firm can accept the SSL job in the ZIP archive SSL-job with
the aid of RW-470 PLOTCLIENT WEB and pass it directly on to
RW-470 PLOTBASE. There the print job is prepared for the print
out. Finally, the print out is plotted on the plotter RW-470.
To select such ZIP-archives proceed in RW-470 PLOTCLIENT
WEB as follows:
Open the relevant editing window by clicking on the “add local
entry“ button. The window is opened, which you already know
from when you set your print parameters. Above the settings
there is a field, in which you can enter the path to the ZIP-file.
Alternatively you can also click on the “Browse“-button and then
select a file in the dialog that is opened. Confirm the selection by
clicking on the “Open“ button. A ZIP archive is recognized
automatically. Several print parameters are already set in the
jobs. Additional settings are not accepted.
Several local files (add multiple)
If you want to add several files that you have stored in a folder of
the Intranet to the entry list at once, select the function “add mul-
tiple“.
Attention: Java Runtime Environment must be in-
stalled, so that the functions described above can be
carried out. Ask your administrator, if an error occurs.
