When selecting a destination
from the list
A Press the title for the destina-
tion. The destinations for that
title are displayed.
If the destination is not dis-
played, press [U

U] or [T

T] to dis-
play the destination.
Note
❒ The destination titles are pro-
grammed in the delivery
server.
B Select the destination to which
the scan data is to be delivered.
The selected destination is high-
lighted and also is displayed in
the destination field at the top of
the screen.
C To select more destinations, re-
peat step B

more, or press [U

nation in the destination

Using a short ID number to select
a destination
A Press [Registration No.].
B Use the number keys to enter
the five-digit short ID number
that has been assigned to a des-
tination.
If the entered number is less
than five digits long, press the

} key after the last number.
Example: To enter 00009
Press the {

{9}
}}
} key, and then the

}}
} key.
C To select more destinations, re-
