This RTB is the release note for Patch File 1-QF3AI.ps for EB-105EX printer controller
System V1.2.
Patch File Issue(s)
1-QF3AI z The EB-105EX controller reboots and the engine displays SC919
when attempting to print certain PDF files.
Note:
z This patch is only for EB-105EX System Version 1.2.
Prerequisite(s):
z Before this patch is applied, the following patches should already be applied on the
system in the following order.
1-HASH8.ps (If the FPGA revision is already 20, then this patch is not needed)
1-LV4GA.ps
1-N69ZD.ps
1-N522T.ps
1-OT69U.ps
1-MMWR9.ps
1-Q3WG8.ps
1-PY0HL.ps
Patch Update Procedure
1. Print out the configuration page and confirm that the prerequisite patches are already
installed on the system software v.1.2.
(If not, install the prerequisite patches first.)
2. Extract the G3538994.exe until you get the 1-QF3AI.ps file.
3. Use the Fiery Downloader to download the patch file (1-QF3AI.ps) to the Direct queue.
4. Wait at least 60 seconds.
Note: This is very important.
5. Reboot the EB-105EX.
z “Fiery” menu Æ “Shut Down” Æ “Reboot System”
6. Wait until “EB-105EX” is displayed on the EB-105EX LCD panel.
7. Print out the Configuration Sheet.
